Order Processing

We carefully prepare every order before shipment. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

After processing, delivery usually takes:

Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service, location, weather, or other unexpected circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or confirmed before order dispatch. Any applicable delivery fee will be clearly communicated to you.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we may provide tracking details through your phone number, email, or other available contact method.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Mid Culture is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

If an order must be resent because of an incorrect address or failed delivery caused by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us with your order details. We will contact the courier and assist you in locating the shipment.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If it appears damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us immediately and provide photos or videos so we can review the issue.
